Profession:
Based in Hackney, Emily was known for her unique gingerbread
buildings and original cake designs. She founded Maid of Gingerbread in 2010. This grew with comissions from prestigious clients, and a guest appearance on Kirstie's Handmade Christmas in 2016. However the lockdowns of the Covid pandemic saw an almost complete lack of orders and Maid of Gingerbread folded.
