Organisers:

The principle organiser was Andrew Phasey, our Vice Commodore. With the support of his wife Frances, he carried out the recognisance visits to Boston, Wisbech, Ely and other places on our route. Liaised with harbourmasters, lock-keepers and boat clubs to enable sufficient moorings and the assistance of the pilot. Pubs and cafes were visited for our on-shore refreshment and as places for visiting crews to stay.
